"I lived here for six years, and the biggest issue by far was the elevators. It was very rare for all three to be working at the same time- maybe about 10% of the time during my entire stay. This often meant long waits or having to plan extra time just to get in and out of the building. Management was also frustrating to deal with, especially when it came to ongoing maintenance problems like the elevators. We were frequently told that parts had been ordered, but there was never any clear timeline for when repairs would actually be completed. There were also some concerning structural issues. A few years ago, speed bumps were installed in the parking garage, and whenever a car drove over them, I could feel the entire building shake. It’s a shame because the property itself is very nice and has a lot of potential. If the elevators were reliable and management was more responsive to maintenance issues, it could be a great place to live."

"Cortona South provided an overall good experience, the property management staff was always accommodating and responsive. There is a lot of dogs on the property, the dog park is kept nicely and we always enjoyed our time there. The pool/ pool area was always maintained and kept clean. Parking was never really an issue, sometime you get a closer spot than others but we never had to park in another buildings spots. Again, an overall good experience."
