Find Your Property
Use our search to locate your address or landlord. If it's not listed, you can add it during the review.
Rate Your Experience
Choose a star rating (1 to 5) and write about your rental experience (maintenance, communication, etc.).
Verify Yourself
We require email and phone verification before your review can be posted.
Upload Lease
If you rated 1 or 2 stars, you'll be asked to upload a lease document to validate your experience.
Submit Review
Once everything is verified, your review will be published and visible to other renters.
Important Rules & Review Guidelines
To keep Rent-verified fair, respectful, and useful, all renters must follow these guidelines:
- Be honest : only share genuine personal experiences
- Be respectful : no personal attacks or abusive language
- Stay on-topic : focus on the rental experience (not unrelated issues)
- Do not : include private information like full names, phone numbers, or addresses
- No discriminatory : hateful, or illegal content
- valid lease : Upload a valid lease for low-star reviews.
- 2 reviews per year.Each renter can post up to 2 reviews per year
